5 STARS (top score) for hygiene at Cousins Butchers
Whilst 500 supermarkets did not maintain standard levels of hygiene and have fallen foul of the latest basic checks from the Food Standards Agency (FSA), Cousins are proud to report that our 5-STAR (top score!) hygiene rating has been reconfirmed and maintained by the inspection carried out earlier this month by the Cambridge authorities.
